The author, breeder, and judge Pepper has been involved with the Golden Retriever since 1969, when he purchased his first dog. As the breeder of the Pepperhill Golden Retrievers, he has produced more than sixty-five champions, including national specialty Best of Breed and Best of Opposite Sex winners, and Group and Best in Show winners. He was elected a life member of the Golden Retriever Club of America in 1994 and is currently president of the Dog Judges Association of America. |
